ENISA is a public company - dependent on the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, through the General Directorate of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises - which, since 1982, has actively participated in the financing of viable and innovative business projects.
Its mission is to promote the creation, growth and consolidation of Spanish companies, actively participating in the financing of viable and innovative business projects and in stimulating the venture capital market.
ENISA supports Spanish SMEs by granting participative loans without guarantees. As a guide, the loans have a typical repayment period of 6 or 7 years, with a 3 or 4-year grace period, and a variable interest rate, which, starting from a minimum rate of Euribor + 2%, can go up to a maximum of 6 % based on the profitability of the company (BAI / FP).
